Testimonials

Trusted by those you know

Through engaging stories, genuine transparency, and practical wisdom, Joe helped reframe leadership not as something we turn on at work and turn off at home, but as a calling that begins in our closest relationships. His message beautifully complemented our heart to see families grow strong in faith while navigating real life together.

FAQs

Got questions? We've got answers.

Homegrown Leadership works through a mix of workshops, speaking engagements, and facilitated experiences. Some offerings are designed for organizations and teams, while others are created for parents, caregivers, and individuals who want to apply leadership principles at home. Each engagement is tailored to the audience, goals, and setting.

This work is for people who already lead in some capacity at work or in their community and want that same clarity, confidence, and effectiveness to show up at home. Many clients are parents, caregivers, managers, founders, or educators who believe leadership is not situational, it’s lived.

Most leadership training stops at the office door. Homegrown Leadership focuses on translating proven workplace leadership tools into everyday life. The goal is not to add more to your plate, but to help the skills you already have work harder for you where it matters most.

Workshops and talks range from interactive, hands-on sessions to keynote-style presentations. Topics often include communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, boundaries, and leading through complexity, all with practical takeaways that apply both professionally and personally.

Yes. Homegrown Leadership partners with organizations, parent groups, schools, and community groups, as well as individuals looking for a more personal application of leadership tools. The approach stays the same, practical, thoughtful, and human, while the format adjusts to the audience.
